It seems almost too obvious to say, but one of the great joys of my life is friendship. The love, understanding, and support of good friends can make life seem so much easier, and so much more enjoyable.
I spent a long time waiting for this rather animated Clydesdale to face me and hold still long enough for me to get a shot. When he finally did, I noticed that his Scottish handler had moved into the frame.
I love the side-by-side smiles of these two friends.
Oh, wow – that would have been a cute picture without the handler, but having him in the picture completely changes it! Love it! 🙂
I agree, Bee!
Me, too. Thank you so much for sharing this!
Glad you liked it, Deborah.
Love how the horse and the guy are both smiling!
What are the odds that we would both blog about Clydesdale horses on the same day?!
Ha! Great minds think alike.
Ha! how cute! And the handler totally adds to the shot! That’s awesome! 🙂
That horse actually looks like he’s smiling – great shot!
I think he WAS smiling. The other Clydesdale horses looked bored, and they were off eating hay in the corner, but these two were definitely working the crowd. They were the “stars” and they knew it.
Great photo of Mr. Ed
It does have a Mr. Ed look to it. I was amused to see that the Hannah Montana show has some sort of Mr. Ed character in it — a talking horse leaning over a split door.
Great Picture! I love it!
